The works comprised of (including but not limited to) the following: • The removal and replacement of the metal roof covering with Kingspan standing seam composite insulated roofing system. • Removal and replacement of rooflights • The removal and replacement of the low-level flat roof with Langley Paracoat High performance roofing system including laid to falls insulation. • Removal and replacement of the fascia’s and verge boards with UPVC • Removal and replacement of the gutters and rainwater downpipes with UPVC • Installation of temporary hoarding partition for security and to provide working access • Removal of associated services including radiators and heating pipework, compartment trunking, electrical and lighting systems. • Removal of the existing window and panel system and replacement with a new external fixed curtain walling system • Internal redecoration works associated with the window and panel removal and installation of the curtain walling
