We recently completed internal remodelling works at the Grade II Listed Waltham Forest Town Hall, reconfiguring existing 1st floor (East Wing) facilities into a multifaceted office space - comprising multiple cellular units with improved thermal performance and upgraded services (including new power/data points, lighting and fire/security alarm systems). We also created a new ‘open meeting’ area, which looks over the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Garden. After completing a full strip-out of the office’s existing partitions and doors, acoustic ceiling panels, lighting, radiators and pipework, we formed openings to facilitate the creation of floor boxes for the individual office units. New optima aluminum double-glazed partitions were then installed, alongside new acoustic panels and double-glazed doors. Once structural works had been completed, all previously removed features were reinstated, walls redecorated, and carpet tiles replaced (where required) to match.
