The external refurbishment of the late 19th century Cadogan Hotel, comprising of four separate Victorian townhouses included the complete renewal of a tiled and five slate roof coverings, together with conservation roof light replacements, general repointing and gauged repointing, new lead capping’s to parapet walls, brick and stone restoration, chimney repairs and re-flaunching, window care repairs using the Repaircare Dryflex 16 system, asphalt repairs, the installation of new coping stones, Centaur liquid coating to the two lightwell and balcony areas, replacement of composite and timber decking and the redecoration of the external building fabric, including all facades (front and rear of the main building and rear of the Mews properties).
