The works to 50-56 Sloane Square consisted of all external brick, terracotta and stonework being cleaned using the DOFF Cleaning System, in addition to a large flank wall and all chimneys being DOFF cleaned. General brickwork and stonework was repointed and any damaged bricks were replaced. Spalling Stone Cills and Terracotta Tiled Cills were restored. Repairs to the windows were carried out using Windowcare resin. General metalwork repairs were conducted, alongside the overlay of an asphalt covering on a flat roof. Windows, doors and rainwater goods were all decorated. All mastic joints to windows and expansion joints renewed.
