The works consisted of the full external redecoration of all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs. Works also included the redecoration of all external joinery, metalwork and render with associated minor repairs, in addition to minor roof repairs. The front and rear elevations of the building were DOFF cleaned. Asphalt repairs to the parapet gutters and rear flat roof were undertaken. Brick and stonework repairs and repointing was also included.
