Waltham Forest Town Hall - Remodelling Works

As LB Waltham Forest-based Contractors, we are excited to announce that we have been awarded the role of Principal Contractor for the upcoming Remodelling Works at LBWF’s municipal headquarters - Waltham Forest Town Hall.  

To improve the Grade II* Listed, Art Deco Town Hall's internal facilities (and overall U-Value), our proposed Scope of Works include:

• Provision of all necessary edge protection, temporary roofing and working scaffold 'flatform'.
• Stripping roof of existing sheets, flashings, and under cloaking in stages.
• Installation of new roof coverings, to replace those removed in 2 above.
• Installation of new roof lights to replace those removed in 2 above.
• Temporary removal, cleaning and re-fixing perimeter rainwater guttering
• Installation of Cavity Wall insulation
• Replacement of existing windows, doors and external shutter
• Full remodelling of the Internal Ground & First Floors Office Spaces
• Design, supply and installation of Mechanical & Electrical Works
