Mitre Construction are experienced Main Contractors who specialise in delivering external and internal refurbishment projects within the heritage sector. We have restored some of London's most historic and prestigious buildings, including listed properties within the ‘Golden Triangle’ area of Kensington and Chelsea. Mitre also provides services for a variety of private and public sector clients throughout London, including Local Authorities.

The Role: As Working Site Foreman, you’ll play a crucial role overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities on-site, leading your team and working hands-on  to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

On-Site Key Responsibilities

-Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities

-Ensure clear and effective communication between team members and further stakeholders

-Lead by example, with hands-on involvement in construction tasks

-Maintain high standards site safety

-Monitor day-to-day progress and provide regular updates to senior management

You will possess:

-Strong supervisory and leadership skills

-Proven experience in heritage and construction projects

-Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions under pressure

-Excellent team management and communication skills

-Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliancy

-A hands-on approach, with a dedication to quality and safety
