Mund Street (Avonmore School)

Through our LCP DPS Framework Membership, we have been appointed Main Contractor for an extensive Scheme of Decant Works at Mund Street, transforming the existing West Kensington school building into 'Avondale School'.

Our programme of works for this appointment is divided into multiple sections (internal, external, M&E) including activities such as:

• Repairs to (and replacement of) External surfaces (façade repairs)
• New line markings to car parks and playground areas.
• Replacement of damaged fencing, Gates, and boundary Treatments as well as Landscaping Works
• Replacement of External Doors and Access Controls, including overhaul of entry gates and new access controls linked     to reception.
• Creating new openings in external walls and provide new structural lintels in preparation for new doors.
• Comprehensive Internal Strip Out and associated Fire Compartmentation
• Internal Decorations and Making Good throughout.
• Package of M&E Works, including new lighting and data installations
