As a result of our consistently successful engagements with the Client, tangible experience delivering (the design, supply and installation of) Langley Waterproofing systems alongside our impressive portfolio of similar Flat Roofing Works (delivered within the same Conservation Area) we have been awarded the Main Contractor role for External Repair and Redecoration Works at Herbert Mansions, 25-36 Sloane Street.
To prevent regular ponding water occurring and minimise the overall degradation off the building's asphalt roof surface, a U-Value of no-greater than 0.35w/m2k must be maintained at Herbert Mansions. To achieve this level of energy efficiency, we shall utilise (and develop upon)our pre-existing, good working relationship with Langley Waterproofing Systems.
