The Levita House project entailed the external refurbishment of a block of 25 residential dwellings. This included the renewal of windows & external doors, roof coverings (pitched tiling and lead coverings to dormers, including upgrading insulation), concrete and render repairs, renewal of parapet and balcony waterproofing and redecoration; all to comply with planning and conservation restrictions.
