Ham House - Progress

We have been appointed as the Principal Contractor for the external refurbishment works to Ham House (North & West elevations). This Grade I listed property is a 17th-century house, set in formal gardens on the bank of the River Thames in Ham, south of Richmond in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Our works consist of the following:

• Overhauling all existing metal and timber windows
• Window repairs to timber windows, using the Resin Repair Care System
• Stone repairs using a re-constituted mortar mix
• Roofing repairs
• Redecoration of all previously painted areas
