120/121 Sloane Street - Progress Update

We have been appointed as the Principal Contractor on behalf of one of our long-standing Clients to complete the external refurbishment works to 120/121 Sloane Street. Following a survey of the existing stonework with the Contract Administrator, it was apparent that the existing bath stone had deteriorated in a vast number of areas. Utilising a reconstituted bath stone repair mortar mix, we are proceeding with a high volume of specialist repairs, an example of which is shown above.

This project also consists of the following repairs:

• Window repairs, using the Resin Repair Care System
• Re-building 1nr chimney stack
• Metal work repairs
• New FD30 doors to the basement area
• Re-decoration of all previously painted surfaces
